Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across India. For metro cities, we offer express delivery within 2-3 days. Remote areas may take up to 7-10 days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Express delivery is available for ₹99 in select cities.

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time through your Prime Vita account or directly on the courier partner's website.

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services internationally. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.

Yes! All Prime Vita products are made from 100% natural and authentic Ayurvedic ingredients. We source our ingredients from trusted farms and ensure no harmful chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives are used.

Yes, all our products are FSSAI approved and clinically tested. We follow strict quality control measures and every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure safety and efficacy.

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed after use. Specific storage instructions are mentioned on each product label. Refrigeration is not required unless specified.

Most of our products have a shelf life of 18-24 months from the date of manufacturing. The exact expiry date is printed on each product package. We always ensure you receive fresh products with maximum shelf life remaining.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products in original condition. Health and wellness products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons. For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement within 3-5 business days.

Payment

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations.

Yes, absolutely! All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or banking details on our servers. Your payment information is completely safe.

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in select serviceable pin codes. A nominal COD fee of ₹50 may apply. COD availability is verified at checkout based on your delivery location.

Account & Orders

Click on "Sign Up" at the top right corner of the website. Enter your email, create a password, and provide basic details. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes to a recent order.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
