Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Prime Vita's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and Prime Vita Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ("Prime Vita", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
• Health and wellness products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
